Guerrero Howe Receives Multiple Folio Awards

At Guerrero Howe, we believe that every executive has a story worth telling.™ Our team’s commitment to bringing these leadership stories to life was recognized at the recent 2017 Eddie and Ozzie Awards from Folio. The Guerrero Howe Creative team won two awards for editorial and design excellence and received honorary mentions in four other categories, marking nine total wins for the team over the years. 

Sync, which highlights big ideas in technology leadership, won in the category of series of technology articles in business-to-business magazines for its special feature section on technology innovations in Detroit.

Detroit has seen a lot of adversity, but the advancements that executives like Marcy Klevorn are undertaking are astonishing and a sign of the city’s bright future,” says Adam Kivel, senior editor of Sync. “There’s some amazing technology and innovation happening in Detroit, and this was a fascinating issue to work on.” The section featured contributions from Kivel, senior editor Danny Ciamprone, and contributors Zach Baliva and Russ Klettke. 

Guerrero Howe’s photography team, led by design director Caleb Fox, won an Ozzie for use of photography in a business-to-business publication for Profile’s special section on Legal v. Business. The section highlighted legal leaders offering their insights on how the legal function can operate as an essential business partner.
